Flourish Theory was created after the founders' decades of leading global brands, building high-performing marketing teams, and navigating complex markets across North America, South America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Throughout their careers, they guided brands through major launches, new market entry, shifting competition, and industry transformation.

They founded Flourish Theory for one reason: to help brands grow with strategic clarity and creative confidence. Their shared belief is simple. When you understand your audience, your message, and your goals, you can build marketing that moves people and moves markets. Today, Flourish Theory serves two sectors closest to their expertise and passion: Health and Wellness, and the Trade Show and Exhibition ecosystem.

Amna Shamim is the tactician behind Flourish Theory and a seasoned marketing and communications expert whose career has been dedicated to helping values-driven businesses grow with clarity, confidence, and consistency. She specializes in turning “I know I should market, but I don’t know where to start” into simple, sustainable systems that founders can actually use. As a dynamic and practical speaker, Amna focuses on community-driven growth, storytelling that reflects your real values, and marketing strategies that support a stronger, more resilient business, not just short-term spikes.

Across North America and beyond, Amna has helped build some of the most engaged consumer communities in their niches and has guided brands through interstate and international expansion. Through her consulting work, she supports clients across the Americas, Europe, and Oceania, bringing a global, real-world perspective to how customers discover, trust, and stay loyal to a brand. Known for her no-fluff, deeply strategic approach, she gives entrepreneurs actionable tools and frameworks so their marketing feels more human, more intentional, and far less overwhelming.

The Flourish programs Amna co-developed — Flourish for Growth and Flourish for Health — bring the Flourish Theory to life in two complementary ways. Flourish for Growth helps founders and teams turn moment-in-time visibility (like trade shows, campaigns, or launches) into ongoing, relationship-based marketing that drives loyalty, referrals, and revenue. Flourish for Health is designed specifically for health and wellness entrepreneurs who want their marketing to feel as ethical and caring as the work they do. It gives them clear messaging, simple systems, and patient- or client-centered strategies that support sustainable business growth.

Across both programs, Amna’s focus is the same: transform scattered marketing efforts into intentional, values-aligned experiences that help good businesses flourish.
Chris is the co-founder of Flourish Theory, a boutique marketing and strategy firm centered on creating high value and impactful brands for companies focused on ensuring sustainable growth, profitable bottom lines, and positive impact for their customers. 

Chris spent over two decades leading large advertising and marketing agencies in markets like Chicago, Detroit, and New York. He developed award winning strategies and campaigns for major Fortune 500 global companies before finding his true passion helping to build start-ups, evolving brands and mid-sized organizations looking to build their positions with memorable campaigns and thoughtful marketing strategies. For Chris, the real opportunity is to bridge the gap between companies and customers in ways that change transactions into lifetime relationships. He is a regular speaker around the world on the topics of brand marketing strategy, collaborative leadership, and promotional outreach. 

Chris co-founded Flourish Theory with the goal of serving clients with real value minded work that is trackable and repeatable.  This approach ensures clients always know where they stand and don’t have to worry about whether they are investing in the right types of programs.  This approach counters the traditional agency model which feeds off of predatory pricing and mediocre work that is rarely measured on the long term benefits to the clients.  

The New Mexico native currently splits time between southern Mexico, the United States, and Europe, and South America working with clients to create value and unmatched experiences.
